Most NCDs go undiagnosed until it’s too late. To reverse this, our outreach teams and mobile health units will provide:
- Community screening days (blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, etc.)
- Workplace health drives and school screenings
- Referral support for those requiring clinical follow-up
- Health passports and digital tracking for continuity
These services will be designed to reach people early, especially those who face barriers to traditional health systems.
