Psychosocial Counseling & Mental Health Support

Living with a chronic illness often leads to stress, depression, or anxiety. Our Center will provide:

Individual and group counseling sessions led by trained professionals

Integration of mental health support into care plans

Trauma-informed, culturally sensitive counseling services

Staff capacity to respond empathetically to emotional needs

Spiritual Care & Reflection Spaces

For many, healing is as much spiritual as it is physical. The Center will include:

Peer Support Groups

Sometimes, healing starts with hearing “you are not alone.” We will offer:

Survivor-led circles and peer mentoring

Group sessions organized by condition (e.g., diabetes, cancer)

Safe spaces to share stories, strategies, and solidarity

Programs to reduce self-stigma and rebuild confidence
