INDIVIDUAL-LEVEL SUPPORT: Strengthening the emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being of people living with NCDs.

Psychosocial Counseling & Mental Health Support

Living with a chronic illness often leads to stress, depression, or anxiety. Our Center will provide:

  • Individual and group counseling sessions led by trained professionals
  • Integration of mental health support into care plans
  • Trauma-informed, culturally sensitive counseling services
  • Staff capacity to respond empathetically to emotional needs

Spiritual Care & Reflection Spaces

For many, healing is as much spiritual as it is physical. The Center will include:

  • Multi-faith prayer and meditation rooms
  • Faith-based resilience workshops during recovery or crisis
  • Quiet spaces for reflection, grief processing, and renewal

Peer Support Groups

Sometimes, healing starts with hearing “you are not alone.” We will offer:

  • Group sessions organized by condition (e.g., diabetes, cancer)
  • Survivor-led circles and peer mentoring
  • Safe spaces to share stories, strategies, and solidarity
  • Programs to reduce self-stigma and rebuild confidence
