The Center will house a laboratory designed to:
- Support diagnostic testing for visiting clients (e.g., blood sugar, cholesterol, kidney/liver function, etc.)
- Process and analyze samples collected during mobile outreach activities
- Contribute data to public health monitoring and referral pathways
- Reduce turnaround times and improve access to quality diagnostics in underserved areas
