Sarah Andrews brings 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit and social impact sector, with a focus on international development in the health and education issue areas.

Sarah’s prior experience includes serving as the VP of Strategy & Development at CATCH Global Foundation, a global health foundation providing evidence-based programs to K-12 schools across the world; the Executive Director at Edge of Seven, an organization providing educational access for girls and women in Nepal and Kenya; and the Director of Marketing & Communications for The World Food Bank, an organization working to eliminate hunger and revolutionize agricultural systems in Eastern Africa.

Throughout her career, Sarah has led successful capital campaigns for over 25 international school buildings, a veteran’s resource center in the U.S., and a kitchen facility to serve the food insecure. As a consultant, Sarah has led dozens of strategic planning and fundraising initiatives for social impact organizations across the globe.

Sarah received a B.S. and an M.S. from Boston University’s College of Communications, and she currently serves as the head of fundraising for the SIMS Foundation and the Board Treasurer for NAMI Central Texas. Previously, she has served on Boards and volunteered with organizations like Partners in Parenting, the Posner Center for International Development, Austin Nonprofit Communicators, and Meals on Wheels and More.

In 2011, she guest authored a chapter in the book “The Future of Nonprofits” outlining how nonprofits can harness the power of social media and technology for good. She and her husband live in Austin, Texas with their two daughters, and in her free time Sarah enjoys teaching yoga, traveling, reading, photography, and getting outside.
